These Features Were Recently Enhanced in TeachPoint's Online Professional Development Tracking and Educator Evaluation Solutions

Add Plan Properties Selections to Plan Status Report
This provides the option to add additional information when pulling the Plan Status Report. Properties include plan title, start date, end date, primary evaluator, and secondary evaluator.

 

Add User Status Filter to Plan Status Reports
For users who are looking to get a better understanding of historical plan data, those running the Plan Status Report can now add in users who are archived and superseded into the report.

 

Alert Dialogue for Overlapping Events
This provides system administrators the option to alert or restrict users from signing up for events that overlap.

The two options are:

  • A pop up will appear letting users know that they have signed up for two events at the same time. This is only an alert message and will allow the user to still enroll in the overlapping event.
  • A pop up will appear letting users know that they cannot sign up for the event because they have already signed up for an event at the same time. The user will have to unenroll in the previous event to enroll in a new one.
