PD Tracking Solution
Batch Export PD Attendee Lists

  • From the Reports page, select the Attendees List Report, then select multiple Events to export attendee lists from multiple events into a single spreadsheet.

 

Educator Evaluation Solution
Updates to Quick Search Report

  • When using the Quick Search Report, you can now click on the Form Title in the left column to open the form and see all of its contents.

Use Compare Forms Feature to Save Time in Summative Evaluations

We know that spring is a busy time for evaluators as you work to complete Summative Evaluations for your evaluees. Have your tried the Compare Forms feature in TeachPoint yet to save you time in this important process?

Here’s how it works:

  • Use the Compare Forms feature to look at past forms in a split-screen view while filling out your Summative Evaluation forms, putting valuable information at your fingertips.
  • You can scroll between the two forms and easily copy and paste information from the past form to the new form, saving many clicks and eliminating the need to toggle back and forth between windows.
  • For more information about using the Compare Forms feature, visit our Help Center (must be logged in to view).


New Badging Feature

We Want Your Feedback

We are developing a new badging feature in TeachPoint to support schools and districts in using badging to document and recognize the professional development accomplishments of their teachers and staff. And we want to hear from you!

We are interested in talking with administrators who are already implementing badges or are considering adding badging to your PD programs in the future to understand how you are using (or thinking about using) badging. We’d also like to show you a short demo of the new feature to gather feedback from our customers.

French River Education Center

The French River Education Center (FREC) is a private, non-profit education, training, and support agency serving school districts in Worcester County, Massachusetts. As part of their commitment to support member districts, FREC has provided the TeachPoint Educator Evaluation Solution to 25 member districts since 2012. Nearly 5,000 educators across those districts currently use TeachPoint. In 2017, FREC also added the TeachPoint Professional Development Tracking Solution for its members.

Making a Big Impact
TeachPoint has had a significantly positive impact on teaching and learning in the districts FREC serves. Notably, both principals and teachers have been able to better organize their work related to evaluations and professional development by more easily keeping track of observations and managing professional development offered within the school. Teachers find that TeachPoint helps them chart their regular progress, keep track of their forms, upload their data, and work toward a positive evaluation at the end of the year, all within one online system.

“I think using the online forms in TeachPoint allowed us to have a common language and common understanding of what good teaching was. We were able to use material from the rubric and the observation tool to really hone our work together,” shared Ricci Hall, Executive Director, speaking on his experience using TeachPoint as a principal.
