PD Tracking Solution
License Tracking

  • Allows educators to apply credit for a PD event to meet unique state requirements. For example, you can now duplicate credit assignment over multiple licenses and categories or split credit to multiple licenses or multiple categories within a license.
  • Allows teachers to monitor their own progress toward license recertification credit requirements.
  • Provides administrators with detailed reports to monitor progress across their district, and evaluators can generate a report for their direct reports.
  • System administrators can turn on the ability for users to carry over PD credits to a new license once they have fulfilled the requirements for their current license.

Budget Tracking

  • Helps district leaders at the central office, school, or departmental level keep a record of aggregated spending for external PD activities for any group.
  • Helps individuals track their out-of-district PD to budgets for travel, graduate credit, etc.

  • Individual User Requests (to attend a conference, take graduate credit, etc.) now enable the PD Administrator to give approval to attend the event and then to assign or not assign credit for the event after reviewing uploaded documentation (i.e. certificate of attendance or course grade transcript).

  • Google SSO can now be implemented using SAML 2.0.
  • School or District logos can now be added to your TeachPoint interface.
  • Plans now enable you to schedule an Event, such as a Goal Discussion Meeting, as part of the evaluation cycle and track completion in the Evaluation Plan.
  • Evaluator Dashboard now includes a Relationship View filter to filter users by: I am the Primary Evaluator or I am the Secondary Evaluator.
  • Video Scripting feature allows users to incorporate video observation into any form or component of their evaluation process.
