Onboarding & Training

We take pride in providing an effective process that allows all users to onboard quickly. We offer regularly scheduled live online training webinars, on-demand webinar sessions to address your needs, and one-on-one consultation webinars to assist with advanced feature setup.

Typically, the process takes 3-4 weeks. Onboarding starts with a Welcome Email from one of our Customer Support Specialists outlining the various stages of the process. We provide you with all the necessary resources at each stage of the onboarding process.

Our live training webinars include demos as well as Q&A sessions. Webinar slides are provided in advance for note taking or reference. Need follow-up help with questions or want to learn advanced features? We provide ongoing webinars, training, and support throughout the year.
